EXCUSE ME FOR HIS OWN MAP AMENDMENT FOR A PROPERTY BEING A 0.01 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE DAVID CHERRY SURVEY.

ABSTRACT NUMBER 166 CITY OF PRINCETON, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS.

AND THIS IS A PUBLIC HEARING, SO I'LL OPEN IT UP AT 6:03.

SO THIS REQUEST IS TO AMEND THE EXISTING PLAN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT PD 10 OR THE WHITE WING TRAILS DEVELOPMENT.

AND THE PURPOSE OF THE AMENDMENT IS TO ALLOW FOR A COMMERCIAL ANTENNA BY RIGHT WITHIN THIS SPECIFIED AREA THAT'S DEFINED BY LEGAL DESCRIPTION.

THE CELL TOWER WOULD BE PERMITTED IN THIS AREA, SHOWN IN RED ON THE SCREEN AS PART OF OR ADJACENT TO THE SECOND PHASE OF WHITE WING TRAILS.

THE PLAN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT DOES HAVE ONE STIPULATION THAT'S PROPOSED THAT WILL REQUIRE THAT THE CELL TOWER BE BUILT IN SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE WITH THESE RENDERINGS THAT ARE HERE ON THE SCREEN.

SO IT WON'T LOOK LIKE A CELL TOWER, BUT.

THE FINAL DESIGN WILL CLOSELY RESEMBLE THIS WATER TOWER SHOWN IN THE IMAGE.

THIS ZONING AMENDMENT IS RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL AS SUBMITTED, AND THE APPLICANT IS ALSO HERE AND AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS.

I HAVE DONE WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND OTHER SUBDIVISIONS AND OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS IN DFW.

AND WHAT YOU SEE IS PRETTY MUCH WHAT YOU GET THEIR PROPOSING.

WE DO HAVE TWO CARRIERS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO THIS SITE RIGHT NOW, SO THAT'S GOOD NEWS.

WE STARTED WITH ONE CARRIER AND ANOTHER CARRIER HAS ALREADY JUMPED ON.

T-MOBILE WANTS TO BE IN HERE AS WELL.

SO WE HAVE VERIZON AND T-MOBILE RIGHT NOW, AND I BELIEVE IT'S ROOM FOR FOUR ULTIMATELY.

SO AS FAR AS I KNOW BEST I COULD TELL YOU RIGHT NOW IS THAT NATIONAL IDENTIFIED CARRIERS WOULD ALL HAVE ROOM WITHIN THIS EXISTING TOWER WITHOUT HAVING TO ENLARGE IT. SO I DON'T ANTICIPATE IT BEING ENLARGED BEYOND WHAT IT IS.

I THINK THE HEIGHT IS 90 FEET IS WHAT THE DRAWING SHOW FOR, THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT, 90 FEET.

THIS PRELIMINARY PLAT IS FOR A TWO LOT DEVELOPMENT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CYPRESS BEND PARKWAY AND WEST PRINCETON DRIVE.

HERE. AND THE THE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES TWO COMMERCIAL LOTS.

HIS FAMILY OWNED SCHLOTZSKY'S AND HE TOOK THOSE OVER AND IS KIND OF RUNNING IT AS A FAMILY BUSINESS.

AND WITH IN REGARDS TO THE COMMUNITIES THAT HE GOES TO, HE BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE LOCAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND TRIES TO BE AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT THROUGHOUT THE CITIES THAT HE JOINS.
