ABSTRACT NUMBER 166 CITY OF PRINCETON COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS.

THIS IS FOR WHITE WING TRAILS PHASE 2B.

I HAVE ONE CHANGE FROM THE STAFF REPORT THAT THIS ITEM IS RECOMMENDED FOR DENIAL.

THE IMPROVEMENTS ARE NOT YET COMPLETE.

FOR THIS REASON, THE STAFF RECOMMENDS DENIAL UNTIL THE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SUBDIVISION CAN BE COMPLETE PER THE CITY'S REQUIREMENTS.

MR. FISCHER, WHY IS IT STILL INCOMPLETE? IT SEEMS LIKE THIS ONE'S BEEN AROUND FOR A BIT.

WAS THERE ANY SPECIFIC REASON GIVEN WHY THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO COMPLETE IT? IT HAS BEEN UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

THE IMPROVEMENTS JUST AREN'T QUITE DONE, BUT THEY'RE GETTING CLOSE, SO WE'RE NOT COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING FOR CONDITIONAL APPROVAL.

THE APPLICANT MAY BE ABLE TO WEIGH IN ON THAT, THEY ARE HERE.

AS YOU KNOW, CONTRACTORS REALLY, REALLY BUSY.

AND IT KIND OF JUST SNOWBALLED INTO OUR UTILITY CONTRACTOR TAKING MUCH LONGER.

THEY DIDN'T GET ON SITE.

WE PUT THEM UNDER CONTRACT.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET ON SITE FOR FIVE MONTHS AFTER WE REALLY NEEDED THEM.

SO WE FINISHED EXCAVATION.

THEY COULDN'T EVEN GET THERE BECAUSE THEY HAD TOO MANY JOBS TO GO TO.

SAME THING HAPPENED WITH PAVING A LITTLE LESS.

SO IT'S JUST TAKEN MUCH LONGER THAN WE WOULD HAVE LIKED.

WE'RE REALLY, REALLY, REALLY CLOSE, YOU KNOW, AND WE'VE TALKED FOR PROBABLY THE LAST TWO MONTHS TO GET ON TO THE AGENDA FOR P &Z BECAUSE WE'VE BEEN REALLY CLOSE.

THERE'S JUST A FEW THINGS THAT SHAUNA WANTED US TO GET DONE.

MANHOLE COATING, CLEANING UP THE SIDE A LITTLE BIT MORE AND ALL THOSE SHOULD BE DONE HERE IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO.

AND I MEAN, IT'S LOOKING REALLY GOOD OUT THERE.

WE JUST GOT TO GET RIGHT THERE WHERE SHAUNA IS COMFORTABLE TO GET US MOVING IN, FILE THE PLAT AND GET HOMEBUILDERS IN THERE.
