DUE TO THE SEVERITY OF THE CALL, PRISON OFFICERS WERE ALSO DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE ALONG WITH COLLIN COUNTY DEPUTIES. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS OBSERVED A MALE SITTING ON THE GROUND AND BLOOD SOAKED SHIRT SURROUNDED BY A CROWD. OFFICERS QUICKLY DISPERSED THE CROWD AND IMMEDIATELY ASSESED THE VICTIM TO DETERMINE THE STATUS. OFFICERS DETERMINED THAT SUBJECT HAD BEEN SHOT IN THE CHEST. OFFICERS APPLIED DIRECT PRESSURE TO THE INJURY AS THEY OBSERVED AND DETERMINED THAT IT WAS AN EXIT WOUND AND ALSO LOCATED THE ENTRY WOUND AND APPLIED DIRECT PRESSURE TO THAT AS WELL. THE VICTIM DIDN'T ADVISE OFFICERS THAT HE WAS STRUGGLING TO BREATHE. DEPUTIES RETRIEVED A CHEST SEAL AND BEGAN TO CUT AWAY HIS SHIRT FROM THE VICTIM. SERGEANT SCHLOSSER, ALONG WITH HELP FROM DEPUTIES STARTED WORKING TOGETHER, APPLAUD THE CHEST SELL TO THE VICTIMS WOUND AND CONTINUED TREATMENT UNTIL MS ARRIVED AND LOADED THE SUBJECT UP INTO THE AMBULANCE FOR TRANSPORT. BASED UPON THE TRAINING THAT OFFICER SCHLOSSER HAS RECEIVED, HE CONTINUED TO ASSIST THE MS UNTIL THE DEPARTURE WITH THE VICTIM. IT WAS LATER LEARNED BY INVESTIGATORS AT THE HOSPITAL THAT THE VICTIM HAD A COLLAPSED LUNG AND A TENSION PNEUMOTHORAX AND WAS BLEEDING INTO HIS PLEURAL CAVITY. I SAID THAT CORRECTLY GRID. THANK YOU. UPON THE INVESTIGATORS ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL, HE FOUND THAT THE VICTIM I ALREADY HAD BEEN FITTED WITH A CHEST TUBE TO DRAIN THE BLOOD FROM HIS CHEST CAVITY AND THE DOCTORS WERE WORKING QUICKLY TO TREAT THE GUNSHOT WOUND. THERE'S NO QUESTION THAT THE QUICK ACTIONS BY THE DEPUTIES AND SERGEANT SCHLOSSER AIDED IN THE VICTIM'S SURVIVAL. WHEREAS TWO OF EVERY FIVE HOMES FIRE STARTS IN KITCHENS WITH 31% OF THESE FIRES RESULTING FROM UNATTENDED COOKING. FOR THIS PROJECT, I HAD THREE GOALS IN MIND. ONE, TO CREATE A HIGH-QUALITY PROJECT THAT PULLS IN INSPIRATION FROM THE LOCAL PRINCETON BUILDINGS. TWO, TO DESIGN A PROJECT FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SO THAT WAY WE MINIMIZE THE IMPACT ON THE PRINCETON SCHOOL DISTRICT. THEN THREE, CREATE A PROJECT WITH AMPLE AMOUNT OF AMENITY SPACE THAT CATERS TO THE YOUNG, IMMATURE PROFESSIONAL. THIS SITE IS LOCATED ON BEACH IN BOULEVARD AND WE'RE JUST NORTH OF THAT MARKET STREET DEVELOPMENT THAT'LL COME DOWN IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS THE CURRENT SITE PLAN FOR PD-32. RIGHT NOW, IT CURRENTLY HAS FIVE ACRES OF RETAIL ON THE FRONT EDGE AND THEN TOWN HOME IN MULTIFAMILY AND THE BACK. WE'RE PROPOSING TO SWITCH THAT TOWN HOME INTO MULTIFAMILY AND IN OUR PROPOSED SITE PLAN, WE'RE MAKING SEVERAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SITE THAT WE THINK WILL BENEFIT THE PROJECTS. [00:25:02] SO FIRST IS FOR THE UNIT MIX. THE CURRENT ZONING PLAN HAS STUDIO 1, 2, 3 AND 4 BED UNITS. WE ARE IN THE NEW AMENDMENT WE'LL BE REMOVING THE STUDIOS TO HELP IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE PROJECT. THEN GETTING RID OF THE 3 AND 4 BED UNITS TO MITIGATE THE IMPACT ON THE SCHOOLS, SO THERE WILL ONLY BE 1 AND 2 BED UNITS. THEN FOR THE AVERAGE UNIT SIZE, THE CURRENT ZONING PD HAS AN AVERAGE UNIT SIZE FOR THE MULTI-FAMILY OF 742 SQUARE FEET. WHAT WE ARE PROPOSING WOULD BE OVER 200 SQUARE FEET ON AVERAGE LARGER IN THE PROPOSED PROJECT. WE ALSO WANTED TO STAY THOUGHTFUL ABOUT THE CURRENT AMOUNT OF DENSITY ON THE SITE. SO THE CURRENT DENSITY HAS ABOUT 476 BEDROOMS ACROSS THE WHOLE MULTIFAMILY AND THE TOWN HOMES. BUT WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE TO STAY CLOSE TO THAT SO OUR PROPOSED PROJECT WILL BE 480. THEN FOR THE AMENITIES WE ARE INCREASING THAT QUITE SUBSTANTIALLY SO THE CURRENT AMENITIES WILL BE IN THE PD IS ABOUT 2000 AND WE WILL BE INCREASING THAT TO OVER 7000 AND THEN TRIPLING THE SIZE OF THE FITNESS AND INCREASING THE SIZE OF THE POOL. THEN IN THE PD AMENDMENT, WE WILL BE ADDING A LIST OF REQUIREMENTS. THEY ARE NOT CURRENTLY THERE IN THE PD, BUT WE WILL BE ADDING THOSE SO THAT WAY YOU CAN SEE THAT WE ARE COMMITTED TO QUALITY. THEN ALSO LOOKED AT THE PRINCETON COLOR PALETTE THROUGHOUT THE CITY, SAYING THAT USE OF RED BRICK, SANDSTONE, AND GRAY. THIS IS AN IMAGE OF THE PROPOSED AMENITY CLUBHOUSE PULLING IN THAT BRICK COLOR AND THEN WE HAVE THE EXTERIOR VIEW OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. THEN THIS IS A VIEW OF THE COURTYARD. YOU CAN SEE THERE'S ALL THE GREEN SPACE AND THE WALKING TRAILS THAT WE HAD IN THE SITE PLAN.
