SO TODAY THAT SITE IS DRAINING THROUGH THAT CULVERT AND POST DEVELOPMENT AFTER CONSTRUCTION, IT CANNOT DRAIN ANY MORE WATER AT AN INCREASED RATE THAN IS DONE TODAY.
SO THEY HAVE A DETENTION POND TO SLOW DOWN THE FLOW OF WATER.
IT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO DRAIN ANY MORE WATER THAN IT IS CURRENTLY DRAINING TODAY.
SO AS PART OF THEIR SUBMISSION, THEY HAVE, I GUESS, ENGINEERED WHAT NEEDS TO BE ENGINEERED TO KEEP THAT DRAINAGE AT NO MORE THAN WHAT IT CURRENTLY IS.
THAT'LL BE THE NEXT STEP BEFORE PERMITTING.
