YOU NEED THE DOCTORS TO HAVE EASY ACCESS.
YOU WANT YOUR ORTHOPEDIC GROUP TO BE HERE AND BUSY.
YOU WANT A MAJOR PEDIATRIC PRESENCE HERE.
SO WHAT YOU WANT IS YOU WANT ACCESS TO PHYSICIANS.
AND THIS IS WHAT'S GOING TO ATTRACT A LOT OF PHYSICIANS.
BUT I'M JUST AFRAID WE'RE GOING TO GET THESE MEDICAL BUILDINGS UP HERE AND NOT GET A HOSPITAL.

MEDICAL CITY'S ALREADY BOUGHT THAT.
I KNOW IN THE NORTHERN SUBURBS, SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF ACRES IN AND OTHER HOSPITALS, WHICH I CAN'T NAME IN MY DISCUSSIONS, BUT PLACES LIKE IN PROSPER SALINA, MELISSA, THEY'VE ALREADY PURCHASED THESE LANDS WITH THE INTENTION.
SO THIS WOULD BE THE NEXT NATURAL SITE, IN MY OPINION.
AND BASED ON OUR MARKET STUDIES, WHAT'S THE DISTANCE, THE DRIVE TIME, DISTANCE FOR CITIZENS FROM HERE TO A HOSPITAL AS OPPOSED TO OTHER CITIES THAT HAVE MANY MORE HOSPITALS, LESS DRIVING DISTANCE, THE DEMOGRAPHIC STUDIES, THE DEMOGRAPHIC STUDIES WITH HOW MANY PATIENTS FOR EVERY HOSPITAL RATIO.
IT MAKES ALL THE SENSE THAT NOW AND MOVING FORWARD THAT'S PRINCETON IS GOING TO GET A HOSPITAL.
I'D LIKE TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION AND DIRECTION TO STAFF.
IF WE LOOK AT OTHER CITIES, IF WE CAN DO SOME TYPE OF SURVEY, WHETHER IT'S A BAYLOR SCOTT AND WHITE IN MCKINNEY OR A MEDICAL CENTER IN ANOTHER CITY, WHAT INCENTIVES ARE THESE CITIES GIVING TO THE HOSPITALS THAT ARE NATURALLY GOING TO COME HERE ANYWAY?
