THE PROPERTY WAS ZONED FOR MULTIFAMILY USE IN MARCH OF 2015, AND PERMITS WERE ISSUED ON OCTOBER 15TH OF 2021. CONSTRUCTION HAS EBBED AND FLOWED ON THE SITE FOR FOR TWO YEARS NOW.

THE LAST CITY INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED ON OCTOBER IN OCTOBER OF 2023.

THE BUILDING PERMITS ARE GOOD FOR SIX MONTHS.

THAT SIX MONTH TIME FRAME GETS EXTENDED WITH EACH WITH EACH INSPECTION.

THE LAST INSPECTION, AS I STATED, WAS IN OCTOBER OF 2023.

SO THAT SIX MONTH WINDOW HIT ABOUT A MONTH AGO.

WITH THAT, THE BUILDING PERMITS EXPIRED.
