WE'RE ALSO WORKING WITH THE NEIGHBOR TO THE NORTH TO SECURE A DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO ACCOUNT FOR THE STORMWATER RUNOFF THAT DOES GO TO THE NORTH, TO THE FLOODPLAIN, LIKE YOU MENTIONED. DID YOU SAY YOU'RE INTENDING TO NEGOTIATE A DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
