BASICALLY, I WANTED SOME EXPLANATION BECAUSE WE SPOKE AGAIN ABOUT IT.

SHE SAYS THAT SHE HAD SPOKEN WITH THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AND THAT THERE WAS A DRAFT ON FILE AND THAT THE DRAFT IS GOING TO BASICALLY PUT IT IN A MANNER WHERE ACTUALLY THE HOA CAN BE APPROVED AT A LATER DATE, INSTEAD OF BEING APPROVED PRIOR BASED ON WHAT THE ORDINANCE REQUIRES.

AGAIN, IT'S NOTED IN RED INK ON THAT PLAT.

BASICALLY, I'M JUST WONDERING BECAUSE I FOUND THAT A LITTLE BIT CONFUSING.

I WAS HOPING THAT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT MIGHT BE ABLE TO JUST WALK ME THROUGH AN UNDERSTANDING OF HOW EXACTLY THAT PROCESS WORKS JUST FOR MY GENERAL UNDERSTANDING GOING FORWARD SO THAT IF THERE'S ANY OTHER ISSUES LIKE THIS, WE ARE ABLE TO SEE IT AND UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT'S GOING ON AND WHY.
