BUT MOVING FORWARD BUT AS MITCH REFERENCED, THIS IS JUST APPROVING THE FINAL PLAN OF A TIRZ THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY CREATED. WHAT'S CONCERNING RIGHT NOW IS I VISITED THIS PROPERTY YESTERDAY, AND I'M CONFUSED HOW WE ARE HERE TODAY RIGHT NOW WITH THE SCREENING LANDSCAPE SITUATION OVER THERE. THERE'S NO EROSION CONTROL AT ALL, WHICH PER OUR ORDINANCE IS NOT ONLY A $2,000 FINE PER SPOT, BUT IT'S CONSIDERED A MISDEMEANOR.
