IF YOU LOOK IN YOUR STAFF REPORT, WE COMPARED US TO MCKINNEY, PROSPER, FRISCO, ANNA AND PRINCETON CURRENT PRINCETON AND MCKINNEY ALLOWS 55FT HEIGHT.

PROSPER ALLOWS A MAX HEIGHT OF 8 STORIES AND NOT GREATER THAN 100FT.

AND THE ONLY PLACE WE HAVE IS THE 380 TODAY. AND MAYBE WHEN THE BYPASS COMES, WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOMETHING HIGHER ALONG THE BYPASS. BUT NO OTHER STREETS IN THIS CITY.

NO LAND USE IS COMPATIBLE WITH 60FT HEIGHT. AND I DO AGREE WITH THAT.

I AGREE WITH THE 380. I AGREE THAT WHEN A DEVELOPER DOES COME IN FRONT OF US, YOU ALL WILL DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE OF, YOU KNOW, FLOODPLAINS AND, YOU KNOW, TREES AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT GOES WITH IT, TRAFFIC STUDIES, AND IT'LL COME TO US AND AS A BOARD, WE'LL MAKE OUR DECISIONS APPROPRIATELY.

BUT WHEN YOU LOOK AT CITIES LIKE FRISCO AND MCKINNEY CAPPING OFF AT LIKE 45FT AND 55FT, AND WHY ARE WE GOING SO HIGH? AND I KNOW LIKE IN SOME OF THE URBAN AREAS, THEY HAVE THOSE LARGER BUILDINGS THAT ARE REALLY TALL AND THEY RENT OUT THAT OFFICE SPACE.

NOW, WE MAY BE LOCATED CLOSE TO MCKINNEY AIRPORT, BUT THAT DOESN'T BRING IN OFFICE SPACE.

WHAT THAT BRINGS IN IS INDUSTRIAL. OKAY, SO YOU THERE IS AN AIRPORT COMING RIGHT UP THE STREET, AND WE ARE GROWING. THERE'S A LOT OF RESIDENTS HERE WITH SMALL BUSINESSES, AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR OFFICE SPACES.
