AND WHAT YOU SEE BASED ON THAT, THE TOTAL PROJECTION FINAL BUILD OUT FOR PRINCETON AT THE 106,943 THAT'S A BASIS OF WHERE THIS FEE IS COMING UP WITH IN THE PERCENTAGE CALCULATED ON THE TOTAL PARKLAND BUILD OUT.
AND THAT'S A REALLY BIG NUMBER, WHICH IS 275 MILLION IN TOTAL.

IS IT COULD BE SOMETHING THAT COULD BE ADDED JUST TO WITH SAFETY TO HELP WITH SAFETY.

AND AT THE END OF THE SPRING SEASON, THEY DID START PUTTING SIGNS OUT AND THEY HAD THE.
AND THOSE ARE TEMPORARY SIGNS. AND WHAT WE'RE ALSO HAVING TO NAVIGATE THROUGH IS CONSTRUCTION AREA.

SO ONCE WE GET THIS, THESE FIELDS COMPLETED, THAT'S WHERE WHAT YOU'RE SEEING IN THIS PARKING LOT OVER HERE TO THE NORTH WHICH IS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE FACILITIES, THAT WOULD BE ADEQUATE PARKING FOR THE ACTIVITIES TO GO ON THESE FIELDS. AND I DON'T WANT TO GET TOO MUCH INTO THE WEEDS ANYMORE AS FAR AS THE CROSSINGS. BUT THESE ARE ALL GREAT QUESTIONS.

THINKING OF THE LONGEVITY OF IT, IT'S ABOUT 8 TO 10 YEAR LIFESPAN ON IT TO IT'S TIME TO RENEW OR REPLACE TURF.SO MELISSA ZITO HAS BEEN THERE FOR 10 YEARS. OKAY, THIS IS GOING ON TEN YEARS.
AND THAT FACILITY GETS MORE WEAR AND TEAR THAN ANY OTHER FACILITY IN NORTH TEXAS THAT WAS BUILT BY FOR THE PURPOSE OF. TOURNAMENT OUTSIDERS COMING IN FOR TOURNAMENT BALL. THAT'S BEEN THERE FOR 10 YEARS. IS IT AT THE POINT OF REPLACEMENT? NOT YET. BUT I WILL ALSO SAY THERE ARE AREAS THE HEAVY WEAR AND TEAR AREAS FOR THE FIELDS, SUCH AS AROUND THE BASES, THOSE AREAS.
