J1. 2026-09-08-R Consider Resolution No. 2026-09-08-R, proposing a Fiscal Year 2026-2027 property tax rate of $0.472959 per $100 valuation and setting September 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing on the proposed property tax rate; and take appropriate action.
J6. 2026-213 Consider the City's current, planned, and proposed use of Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) technologies and related systems, including Flock Safety, Vigilant, Axon, and similar technologies; review of associated contracts, purchases, receipt, installation, policies, data collection, data retention, data access, auditing, sharing practices, existing and proposed installations, contractual arrangements, governance controls, and consideration of direction regarding current or future deployment, implementation, or installation of such systems and take appropriate action.
J5. 2026-205 Consider a Non-Standard Wastewater Service Agreement ("NSSA") between the City of Princeton, Texas (the "City"), and Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. (the "Developer") for the Acorn South Addition Phase 2; and take appropriate action.
J2. 2026-209 Consider appointments and/or reappointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA); and take appropriate action.
J3. 2026-210 Consider appointments and/or reappointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission; and take appropriate action.
