THERE'S. I GUESS I WANTED TO GET FROM YOU, COMMISSIONER CAMPBELL, WHERE YOU WANTED TO TAKE THIS OR YOU WANTED TO EXPLORE ADOPTING NEW REGULATIONS, LOOKING AT WHAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE, EXPANDING UPON THAT.
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? SO I WAS THINKING LIKE SPECIFICALLY MY LOT IS IS IN TOWN AND IT'S ONE ACRE, BUT IT'S ZONED AS F ONE.
SO THAT WOULD BE SUBJECT TO A SPECIAL USE PERMIT WITH OUR EXISTING ORDINANCES.
IT WOULD DEFINITELY PASS THE COVERAGE TEST BECAUSE IT'S AN ACRE LOT.

SO I DIDN'T KNOW. I KNOW THE NEW DEVELOPMENTS WE HAVE GOING IN NOW, THERE'S NO WAY THAT WOULD ACCOMMODATE ANYTHING BUT JUST FOR THE OLDER PARTS OF TOWN, IF THERE'S ANY INTEREST IN THAT. I DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WOULD BE A SEPARATE ORDINANCE OR MAYBE THEY JUST WOULD USE THIS SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN THOSE CASES.
SO AS IT STANDS TODAY, THEY COULD APPLY FOR AN SUP.
THE ISSUE WITH THAT IS THAT YOU CAN'T ENFORCE ANYTHING LESS RESTRICTIVE THROUGH AN SUP.
SO IF A LOT COVERAGE COULDN'T BE MET, YOU COULDN'T PROVIDE ANY LEEWAY THROUGH THE SUP PROCESS SO YOU WOULD BE LIMITED TO OUR LARGER LOTS AS IT STANDS TODAY.
